The board of directors for ZetaDisplay is reported below.
Rob Woodward, CBE, born 1959, chairman
Rob was appointed as Chair of Zeta in June 2025. He is Chair of the London listed marketing analytics provider Ebiquity plc, and is also Senior Independent Director of the FTSE 250 housebuilder Vistry Group plc and is also Chair of the listed Norwegian education business Lumi Gruppen AS.
Previously Rob has served on the Board of the LEO satellite operator OneWeb and is the former Chair of the software company Blancco plc. He is the past Chair of City, University of London, former Chair of Glasgow Caledonian University and also served as Chair of the Met Office Board from 2018 until 2024.
His Executive career has spanned 11 years as CEO of the listed media group STV plc, Commercial Director of Channel 4, Managing Director at UBS Warburg and lead partner at Deloitte leading their European Telecom/Media/Technology consulting activities.
Rob was awarded a CBE in the King’s birthday honours list 2024.
Matthew Peacock born 1961
Matthew Peacock founded Hanover Investors in 2002.
Since then Matthew has led the firm and its investment decision-making and continues to also focus on portfolio company delivery. He currently sits on the Boards of Kalibrate, Brady and ZetaDisplay and Investment Committees across Hanover strategies.
Matthew set up each of Hanover’s investment search & analysis, execution and operational capabilities before handing them on to be run by other partners. He has led material operating change and acquisition strategies across both turnaround and growth, as well as public and private company businesses. He has led multiple public and private Boards as Chairman across industrial, media, technology, financial and outsourcing businesses in the UK and US with operations across the globe.
In his early career Matthew ran International M&A in London for Barclays BZW, having worked in NY and London for CSFB. Over the 1990s he led a series of successful private transactions as a lead shareholder and CEO.
Matthew has a Masters Degree in Law from Cambridge University.
Michael Comish born 1965
Michael joined Hanover in September 2020 as Operating Partner having spent 15 years starting, scaling and selling Technology businesses.
Michael was previously a Director in the Operations group at TPG , working primarily on TPG’s digital businesses in Europe and North America.
Prior to TPG, Michael co-founded AirTV in Germany (acquired by Freenet) and blinkbox in the UK (acquired by Tesco) where he also served as Tesco’s Chief Digital officer. The early part of his career was spent in consulting where he was a Partner at Mercer Management.
Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Nick Greatorex born 1968
Nick Greatorex has been Portfolio Company Chairman / Non-Executive Director at Hanover Investors since 2019 having spent much of his career at Capita plc where he joined in 2006. During his time at Capita plc he has held several senior finance roles including Managing Director and CFO. He was also interim Group CEO for almost a year.
Earlier in his career Nick was CFO of Liberata plc, he has also held several senior roles in Corporate Development. Nick also became a qualified accountant in 1992 at Ernst & Young where he worked in both the UK and USA for 10 years.
Ashkan Senobari born 1988
Ashkan Senobari joined Hanover in 2018 where he focuses on deal origination, analysis and execution in the Nordic region. Prior to joining Hanover, Ashkan worked at private equity fund EQT Partners in Stockholm and New York. He started his career in the M&A division of J.P. Morgan in London.
Ashkan holds a BSc in Business Administration, and a MSc in Finance, Hedge Funds & Private Equity from the International University of Monaco.
Fred Lundqvist born 1984
Fredrik Lundqvist has worked at Hanover since 2006 as an investment analyst and became a partner in 2011. Until 2021, Fredrik has had a leading role in the implementation of acquisitions in both the private and public sector in markets such as the UK, Europe, Latin America and India. Fredrik’s current role involves providing financial analysis and advice to the investment team. He has also served on the board of portfolio companies such as ClearStar and Escher.
Fredrik holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
Daniel Nergård born 1973
Daniel Nergård has been ZetaDisplay’s President & CEO since October 2025.
Daniel Nergard is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the global enterprise software industry. He has held a range of leadership roles, including CEO, Managing Director, and Chief Commercial Officer, often within private equity–backed corporations. Most recently, he served as President within Vizrt Group leading the commercial function as well as Managing Director of NDI. Prior to this Daniel was a part of Qmatic excecutive leadership responsible for its commercial function and all subsidiaries. Vizrt and Qmatic are both considered leaders in enterprise software solutions within live media and customer journey managment solutions.
With a strong international track record, Daniel is known for driving growth, building high-performing teams, and providing clear commercial leadership in dynamic and competitive market.
